Booking Conditions

Payment Terms:

We require a 50% deposit in order to secure your spot on the trip.

The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your trip start date.

If paying via Credit Card, please note that there will be a 2.9% processing fee added to your payments.

Cancellation Policy:

This trip is pending until we reach the minimum number of participants required to operate (8). If the trip does not reach the minimum requirement, you will be refunded in full 60 days prior to the trip start date.

Once the trip is confirmed, the following conditions apply:

25% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 90 days notice or more.

50% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 30-89 days notice.

If given less than 30 days notice we will not be able to issue any refund.
